very attractive effect; peaceful, pleasing choice of colors.

minor suggestion for version B: add a small button somewhere whose effect was to clear the world's pen trails.

Something happened here ... either an admin was testing, or a bug.

Was starfield, but somehow got replaced with quorum sensing.
